Step 1: Download ExootCast from Google Play store at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.exootlab.drivecast&hl=en
Step 2: Open the app and login with you Google Account
Step 3: Connect to Chromecast by clicking icon on the top right conner
Step 4: Choose a video to play on your android device or cast it to chromecast!
